Disappointing is the only word that comes to mind...

Three coworkers and I went there for lunch. We have been to this place about a year ago and could not remember why it's been so long and so tried to give it another try today.
The place was practically empty (maybe 10 people at most). First things that we noticed when we got to our table were the ripped bench seats, sticky table and (disgustingly) dirty silverware. After taking our order - 2 burgers, a panini and fish&chips, the long wait began. After about 30 minutes we were told that the food is coming right out. another 15-20 min go by and food finally arrived at the table. Note, that the restaurant was almost empty and the few people there had their food. To say that the burger was disappointing is an understatement. It had a strange burnt flavor to it and tasted really dry and chunky in places. It did not taste fresh. Ketchup with Tobasco helped with ingestion process. When the waitress asked us how the food was, she ignored the "disappointing" comment and just walked away. In the end, she brought the check saying "noooo rush" which seemed to be one of the themes of this place. No questions were asked and no apologies were offered.
Some of the words to describe Hooligan's: dirty, slow, unfriendly.
P.S. When taking our order the waitress asked "...and would you like fries, curly fries, or onion rings with that?" In the end everyone who got curly fries was charged extra.
