This place is amazing! Wonderful customer service, and beautiful products! I will continue only buying body jewelry from bodysparkle. They are very helpful and have better prices then anywhere in the mall, plus much cuter stuff. I would only recommend them.
Lousy, Cold, Greedy, Inconsiderate, Unprofessional, Etc.. In this day and age customer service is very important, especially on line! There are good companies, that you go back time and again and there are bad companies like Body Sparkle Body Jewelry, that you never go back! It is not hard to please a customer and show that you really care about him, if you give him very very little, he will be back and even say: "Thank You!" Your company showed neither any desire nor care to try to satisfy your customer. You do not have any ethics or business mind that maybe sometimes it is worth to loose a little, but to satisfy your client! By asking me for $3.75 before you can send me my seamless ring back, you really made me sick! You sent me the hoop, that I could not put in my nose!, your instructions how to open a hoop and pictures are deceiving! You kept my item for 3 weeks and did not even contact me to settle a dispute! And now you are asking me for $3.75 more? You are pathetic!!! Keep my seamless hoop and you can try to stick it in your nose yourself and see how easy it is!!!!!
Decent, But Disappointing. I appreciate the variety of products BodySparkle has to offer. However, I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took for the products to be delivered. Mainly because the confirmation email set my expectations to believe that it would take approximately 1 week to be delivered but it took almost 3 weeks.
So many products!!. I am thrilled that BodySparkle has the 20 gauge barbells! I can't find them anywhere! Their selection is huge and prices are very affordable! They always have the cutest and unique items that i have not seen anywhere else! I Love this place!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This website claims on their cutomer service page to have 100% customer satisfaction as their goal. My experience with them is 0 satisfaction. I placed an order for two items, the order took almost an entire week just to ship, then when I got the order only one of the two items was with the order, the other item arived a couple weeks later. I no longer wanted the second item when it arrived so I called their customer service number in accordance with the return second on their website and obtained a return number just as it instructed. I then sent my item back as instructed on their page expecting no problems. This was not the case, I sent the item back and waited 4 weeks for my return to be processed, when I did not see it on my card I waited a couple more weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow time for them to process the return and the return to reflect on my account. After plenty of time had passed I called the company to find out what the issue was. The customer service rep was no help at all. She said that there was no way they could assist me and that they will not do anything to help. I was astonished at being told I was out both my money, the money I paid to ship back the merchandise and the merchandise itself. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I couldn't believe that such horrible customer service even existed. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be the owner. She refused to offer any resolution simply saying she was sorry for the situation. The situation being that they had my money, and the merchandise and that I was out of everything. I asked her if they believed in any customer service at all and was told "We cannot do anything" This was an outrage and I will never shop here again. This company stole my money and I feel robbed. I cannot believe they are still in business. I strong discourage anybody from shopping here because they will rob you just like they robbed me.
