Very Desapointed. It was my dog's first 3 days stay at the PAH and it will be the LAST ONE. When I arrived to pick him up, I have to go to the back of the building myself to get him. In 3 days none of the staff members was able to create rapport with him. Sparks, my dog was all scared at one of the corners of his crate. The worse thing was I could see that he has not been taken out at all in 3 days and the crate was soiled with urine and poop all over. My dog stank horrible. I have to get him inside my car all wet on urine. Needless to say I bathed him as soon we got home. If they can not handle all type of dogs they should be doing that type of business. I am glad I did not allowed them to neuter Sparks as they were expecting me to do it. Terrible experience.…
Dr. Daly is THE BEST.
Dr. Kellie Daly is AMAZING. If you can get an appointment to see her or you happen to see her by chance you will be nothing but pleased. She is very down to Earth, friendly, compassionate and
knowledgeable. She is one of those vets that is not looking to get your life savings out of you....she will actually get down on the floor with your pet to do the exam and she will talk to you in "real" terms that you can understand.
The receptionists at the front desk are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Certainly, the prices may be a bit higher than other local vets, but you must consider the care that you are getting from the highly skilled veterinarians and technicians there. Your pet is getting high-quality care and up-to-date diagnostics. I would rather pay a little more to get great care of my animals than go somewhere else to have my animal mis-diagnosed or given poor treatment.…
