WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!
by Adriennej
Sure, this place is great...if you want your hair cut by a 12-year-old who just learned how to use scissors. I made an appointment at this place for 5 pm. At 5:20 pm the hairstylist finally put me in the chair. At the time, my hair was longer, I had just grown it out for a wedding, but wanted it cut back to may usual bob. A simple haircut right? Apparently not, because after spending 3 hours at the salon (yes, I had my hair highlighted but it should not have taken this long), I went home, washed my hair and attempted to style it. It was all uneven and choppy in the back. Literally, my hair slanted completely from left to right. I was almost in tears. I can deal with a bad style--not a bad cut. The next morning I immediately called them and asked it to be fixed. But the girl who had done it was not in that day so they didn't want me to come in. I am a business professional. I can't go around looking like my niece hacked away at the back of hair. Plus, it was too short to put in a ponytail. I had to CONVINCE them to fix it that day (I also realize that these girls probably each pay for their own chairs so why would they care that another stylist messed up??). When I went in, I was not greeted friendly, there was no apology, NOTHING. In fact the stylist who was going to fix it continued to argue with me over whether it was a good cut or not. At 26, I have had many, many haircuts! None of them looked like this! Not only that but the owner was in the salon at the time, listening to her argue with me. I am not the type of person who raises my voice, I am very matter of fact. But when the girl who was fixing my hair started yelling at me, I finally had to say "I am done arguing with you. Please just cut my hair as I ask." This was the WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! Whether you agree with how a person's hair should be cut or not, isn't your goal to make your customers happy? Not to mention, I wasn't asking for "The Rachel", I was asking for a simple bob! Please, if you like your hair, don't go here!
