Not worth your time

I have gone to this salon several times for haircuts and color but I have to say that it is too expensive. I understand that the products they sell are Aveda products, but for Bloomington, their prices are outrageous. The owner is mean and rude and it's evident that it affects her employees. I won't stand to go to a salon where the owner is not nice and polite to either her customers or her employees. It's the same as Btownfan says. The owner needs to loosen up. Maybe the salon would have a better atmosphere if she wasn't there.

Reeve

The shining star at this salon is a stylist named Reeve. He only does men's hair and he is good. Reeve has been cutting my hair for years and the only time that I DON'T get compliments, is when I get it cut by someone else. I hate to let my secret out but its time for the world to know. If you are a dude, and want a "stylist" who considers your personality instead of a "landscaper" who just gives the same old cut.... Reeve is the only guy worth your time.

After having my hair butchered at a salon that had great ratings, I met with Kelly D. at Les Champs Elysees who worked a miracle. The cut and color was absolutely perfect, and the service was great.

What a Hole!

Seriously for this price I expected my cut to at least be decent? Well, maybe that was too much to ask. Horrible! Horrible! STAY AWAY! Get your Aveda products online. Unprofessional, the owner seems like a nasty woman, the interior is obnoxious - not the spa like atmosphere the pretentious name would lead you to expect.
