Cutest Salon in Portage!

Kelly's is a fantastic litle salon! I have been coming here for years, and Kelly always amazes me with the new services she provides. Last I checked, she offers extensions, massages, organic facials, non-surgical facelifts, nails, pedicures...the list goes on and on! Kelly and the staff are always warm and friendly and always make me feel right at home.
