This place is like a factory. No place to go to relax and get anything done. My last and believe me my last visit they put one color on my toes and another color on my feet. Didn't notice until I got home and when I called back to tell them they hung up on me. I went by a few days later and they were loud and very very rude. Then to top it all off a few days later I got an infection. DO NOT GO HERE

The best nail salon in Green Hills. This place is beautiful inside and has wonderful customer service. Vi was so nice and we had a nice conversation, he even made a few jokes (plus). I was in and out within 45 mins for a manicure. Go see Vi he will defiantly beautify you

Are you sure?. Are you sure about Cobby? I used him once, but I was really disapointed. Now, I am with Tanya. She is really great. She takes her time and make me feel really special.

I really love Venetian Spa because they are right next to the mall and there is always plenty of parking at their front door.

PS..Whoever wrote the comment before..please check your grammer and spelling..It looks like a kid wrote it or someone who needs some ESL help.

worst reference by owner. I usually have my nails done by Cobby but he wasn't there on sunday february 6 so i ask the owner to refeonr me the best nails tech like Cobby and she gave me this nail tech name Christ and after she finish my nails it doesn't look like a professional nail tech. My pink and white look awful like a beginner nail tech. The shape are uneven, the nails are thick and the white got no curve just straight like a line and she was in a hurry. I would never trust anyone do my nail beside Cobby because he always take time and do it pecfect everytime. I don't think he there anymore but i got his phone #.

Best Experience. I was at the Venetian Nail Spa last Tuesday and it was the best one hour I have had in a really long time.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I received a wonderful pedicure. The man doing the pedicure was extremely courteous. He offered me a variety of beverages -- for free --

I will not even go into the details of my massage...it was the best one I have ever had. Hands down.

Everything there is super clean. I won't be going anywhere else for a pedicure. THE BEST!

Best Nail Spa in Nashville - Metro. The below review is pretty tacky and I feel sorry for someone who appears so unhappy. Venetian Nail Spa is the best Nail Salon I have ever been to and I have been to nail spas all over the world. I have been going there for six years. The mani-pedis are amazing.The list of choices goes on forever. Your feet feel like puffy clouds when they are finished. The pedicure room is beautiful!!! When I am there, I feel like I am being pampered in a garden cafe in Europe. The owner and her staff go out of their way to make you feel special. If they are running late they always take extra special care of you. Venetian Nail Spa is the place to go! Treat yourself for the holidays and always!

The Worst Experience of Pedicure & Manicure. In my country I've always had a best pedicure & manicure, but here they behave like a machine they don't give their time for customers, and that's because of owner wants to earn more and service is fast in fast out!

I've been thrice, and it's so so! I got toenails fungus. I complained and no one respond. Please, never go to Venetian! Do they understand what is meaning of pedicure or manicure? It's just waste of money, time,and health!!!

It's good owner of salon writes a review about their own business. Salon is very old, everything is old and used in there. Everything can seem correct on the paper, but what is in reality that one is the truth!

Management cannot arrange anything, that's the reason people writes bad about salon, because management thinks only how much there're earning, not how much there're giving for clients!

Pedicure & Manicure is the health of our nails, not just beautiful colours!

Fantastic Nail Salon. My favorite thing about this place should be the amazing decor and time and attention each nail tech puts into his/her work, but it's actually the owners that make it great. I love seeing them each time I walk through the door. I tend to arrive right before they close, and they never turn me away, or hurry the service along.

It bothers me that people will take one tiny aspect of Venetian, focus on it, assume the business is bad, never say anything in person to the owners so they can fix it and then blog about it marring the overall reputation of the business. Yes, there is a little bit of a language barrier with a few of the nail techs, so mannerisms may come off as cold, but if you actually speak to the person doing your nails, you will find that they are gentle and sweet. This is a busy, large nail salon. Obviously, it is hugely popular and many people find the service top-notch.

I found out about this nail salon through a friend. He told me this was the best place in the city. Since venturing out for my first service in 2007, Venetian quickly turned in to my go-to place for manicures and pedicures in Nashville. My manicure and pedicure always lasts longer than other places I've been. I appreciate the water and wine I am offered when I arrive. I enjoy the clean massage chairs and I LOVE the fact that I almost never have to wait for service.

Although nothing will ever top my most beloved spot in San Francisco (Silks), Venetian still comes in with very high marks.

Exceptional Services!. Venetian is a blessing. An oasis of calm, serene and beauty in the middle of the bustling Greenhills area, this salon is gorgeous, affordable and impeccably clean. The bright, top floor location floods sunlight into the salon, throwing light onto all things wonderful about a salon: a current and varied polish collection, a very comfortable salon and piles of new magazines.

My first experience was a regular manicure and a Venetian pedicure, both extremely refreshing and thorough, with excellent results. Today, Saturday, I went in for a regular manicure and again the service was fantastic with a different nail techician and she was so consistent. Though I will most likely be getting a regular manicure here on a weekly basis, and springing for the specialty services once in a while is inevitable and worth the extra money.

One of my favorite things about their regular services in the attention to detail and care taken by the employees. Once you're paid (which they allow you to do before polish, a step I prefer so I am not fumbling around in my purse once my nails are done) and polished.

Overall, this place is amazing! Clean, pleasant, wonderful technicians, convenient location and great great plenty of parking spaces, especially in Greenhills.

Nashville's Most Chaotic Unfriendly Nail Salon. I have been going to Venetian Nail Spa since they opened but today I went to Signature Nail Spa less than a minute away to see if they were any better. I will NEVER go back to Venetian again! EVER. PERIOD.

You never get the same service or level of competency there. One day you might get great looking nails and another day you could wind up with THICK pink and whites that are lumpy and crooked, which is what Signature fixed for me today.

Venetian is ALWAYS IN A HURRY and they practically stand over you while you pick your polish out & rush you if you're not picking it out fast enough. The staff is rude and the whole "feel" of the place is NOT desirable. They rush you in, do a crappy job on your nails and get you out as fast as possible. And don't even waste your time telling the snotty Asian lady with glasses that owns the place.

It's always your fault and there is NEVER anything wrong on their part. If you get a french mani and specifically tell them you want *such and such* pink to be used, they are too lazy to get up and go get it so they try to convince you that the one already at their station "look much bettah fow you". I have had my hand literally swatted hard for not having my hand relaxed enough for the guy- it was as limp as I could make it without being dead!

They will leave you sitting at a chair for 10 minutes before anyone comes over, then someone comes over and has to leave so they bring yet another person over to take over. The list goes on and on. They were nice at first but they have gotten very big for their britches lately and I will not be back. Signature was calm, relatively quiet, and they had a separate room for waxing, while Venetian just does it out in the open in front of everyone.....TACKY! The guy Tony at Signature did a FABULOUS job on my nails today- he asked what I wanted and asked questions until he was sure what I was asking for. He took his time but it certainly did not take a long time. He was nice and gentle. Another complaint about Venetian- they will use the electric filer for such a prolonged time on your nail that it gets so hot and hurts SO bad. If you say ouch they look at you mean like you're an idiot. VENETIAN SUCKS.
