Best Balayage High Lites. I moved here back in the summer from LA to work for Nordstrom and didnt have a stylist yet . I tried one person for highlites at another salon in Green Hills I wanted balayage as that was what I was used to getting but nobody even knew what that was.... so in went the foils and it was a huge dissaster ! I had heard it was supposed to be a good salon because thats where all the country stars go ( I dont know what i was thinking .... how many country stars have great hair anyway ? ) The highlites were sort of ok but the haircut was awful !!!

Fast forward a month I was working one day and a woman that was shopping with me had the most gorgeous cut and blonde hair I asked her where she and it was Element . I told her my story and she had Element on speed dial on her phone called and had me an appointment with Kevin for balyage highlites and Christina for a haircut , Let me just say this is the kind of service I'm used to . I love this place!! My highlites are perfect and my cut is even better than what I got in LA, Christina really knows what shes doing !! when you are new in town finding a good salon is more important than finding a doctor in my opinin.... I feel like I'm home !

Element Salon and Lee Wright. Lee Wright is an amazing stylist. I can always count on Lee to give me a modern cut and color without any direction from me at all- which is exactly what I need. He has a talent of being able to come up with a plan that is stylish AND easy to maintain! I always leave my appointment at Element Salon with Lee feeling and looking fabulous

By far, best coloring in Nashville!. I have been attempting to go blonde for almost 6 months now, and have been to a few different salons around Nashville.I am naturally dark brown so it has been a project for sure. I have been unhappy with the results seeing as there was brown spots, or the color was just not right. Then a friend recommended me to Elements. I made an appointment, anxiously waiting to be amazed. Lewis took me in for my appt and was Fantastic!! So sweet and personable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and heard about my uh-ohs with my last few hair stylists. He took what was a faded almost orange spotty color, and turned me into a blonde! Highlights were the perfect shade and it looked amazing! Lewis was wonderful with me the whole visit and cant for my next appointment with him!

Best Salon in Nashville!. I have been going to Element Salon for almost 8 years.. I have never had less than a fabulous experience there! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Kevin does a fantastic job with my "blonde". I am always complimented on my color. Lewis does amazing blow outs and keeps you in stitches the whole time! Tammy is the best scalp massager on the planet! I wouldnt trust any other salon to do my hair! They are truly the best!

Finally.....a Great haircut!. Great salon right in the middle of Green Hills with wonderful customer service too! I'm a client of Lee Wright and he's given me the best haircut I've ever had. I really like the way my hair looks and feels and it even holds its style while growing out. In the spring I plan on getting highlights and can hardly wait to see how it turns out. Lee has a great sense of style and he knows the colors that will work best with my skin. Truly a professional stylist that I would recommend to anyone.

Great Customer Service!. Love this place! Have been a client of Kevin's (the owner) for over six years. They treat me both as a treasured client and a trusted friend. They can always work with my schedule and fit me in to make sure we're keeping the gray colored and the blonde "real."

I like how Kevin is such a professional and knows what cut and color I need, so I don't have to worry about it. He's always making suggestions on the latest looks and products. Love the Kerastase line they carry too. Over the years, I've tried several different products from that line as my hair has changed with time and have never been led astray.

I highly recommend this salon and not just Kevin. Lewis, Abbie and Tammy make a great team! Abbie did the hair for my wedding after Kevin perfected the color. I'm telling you they understand team work and making a client feel loved. There is no need to look around for another stylist or colorist--trust the Element team!

Master of Brilliant Blonde. Kevin, the salon owner, is a blonde expert. I was referred to him by my cousin whose hair is a beautiful blonde. I have very thick hair, and it usually takes 2 hours to highlight my hair. As much as I enjoy going to the salon, after color and cut at other salons, I was spending upwards of 3 hours total. Kevin knows how to get beautiful blonde color results, and he can do it at a rapid speed. I always enjoy my "new blonde" when I leave the salon. Kevin is willing to mix things up a little with low lights too. He always listens and always asks my opinion. I appreciate him and enjoy talking with everyone at Element. The receptionist is always kind and personable. Angela who washes your hair, is precious and gives a wonderful shampoo massage. The prices at Element are more than competitive. The location is convenient. The salon is boutique-style with lots of personal attention.

Element Salon - not a great experience. I only went to Element Salon twice, a couple of my girlfriends talked me into going to Kevin, the salon owner. The first time I went the color was pretty good but I felt like he spent no time on the cut (no more than 5 to 10 minutes). Kevin also seemed distracted a lot of the time. Several times he was logging into his iphone while working on me and would come and go at times talking and interacting with others around him while still working on my hair. This made me somewhat nervous but figured I'd give him a chance. In the end I was not impressed with the cut and was shocked that is cost $75 for a cut I could have gotten by someone at a cheaper salon.

I tried him one more time and still felt as if he was "Not there" and was more interested in doing other things around him other than my hair. I'm the type of person who has always wanted my stylist's full attention on me and was not comfortable going to the salon when there were so many distractions and noise all over the place. Save your money and get a better service at another salon.......just my opinion. jj

Lewis and Jeremy ROCK !. I was referred to Element by my best girlfriend and she's quite picky so I knew they must be good (and boy were they ever). When I called for my appointment they booked me with Lewis for my color and hilites and my cut with Jeremy. Not only did my hair turn out FABULOUS but I had a blast while I was there and can't wait to go back. See you boys in 4 weeks!

Totally Impressed. I was at my former salon waiting on my hairdresser to highlight my hair when his assistant handed me a book written by Glamour magazine called "How not to look old " his assistant said we are featured in there. They were but so was Element . My hairdresser finally got to me and i was rushed through and asked if I minded leaving wet . Im not one to complain my highlites were ok but thats it just ok.

When i left there i called Element and made an appointment with Kevin for my highlites the next time. I was greeted at the front door by a gorgeous model type who escorted me to a dressing room while asking if there was anything that i wanted to drink. After shaking hands with Kevin who made direct eye contact with me (never trust anyone who doesn't look you in the eye) I sat in his chair and we had a lengthy conversation about my hair and what i expected to leave with. He was very confidant in his skills which put me at ease.

I had the most amazing hair washing by the sweetest young lady. After the wash she brought me back to Kevin where he proceded to give me the most amazing blowout I have ever had . My blonde hair has NEVER looked this good ! I've been highliting my hair for twenty years and its either too gold or its white and has been green or purple a couple of times . This guy knows his blondes !!

My total experience at this place was UNBELIEVABLE from the time i walked in until I left I was completely taken care of ! I booked my next three appointments when i left . If I could give them six stars I would !
