Great care with friendly staff. I have been going to Dr. Jones for about 4 years for my regular check ups and cleanings. I can honestly say I hated going to the dentist before I met this great group of people. They get to know you personally and treat you like family. Great dentist and perfect location!!!. This office is amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Jody Jones for going on 5 years now. Every visit has been fantastic and I have enjoyed his easy, laid back style. I really like how knowledgeable his staff is and they always know my name. I have referred him to several of my friends and they have all had the same experience!!

Best Dentist In Nashville. Me and my family have been going to Dr. Jones for 7 years. He is always friendly and does an amazing job. His staff is very friendly and helpful. His office is always very clean and prompt. If you are looking for a great person and a caring honest dentist Dr. Jones is perfect for you!!

Please do not visit this dentist. I had work done by Jody Jones while he was still in Smyrna. As the previous poster has listed, he also barely saw me and treated me like an ignorant child. I was terrified of having anything done to my teeth, which he was not empathetic of AT ALL. He sent me somewhere else to have a root canal done and had me come back to him to have a crown put on. Six years later, my crown is totally gone. In one week, it slowly chipped away and I am now left with a big hole in my gum. The first time my dentist saw the crown, he thought it was a temporary. I guess from the way it looked. It better not have been, it cost too much to just have been a temp. I will be seeing my dentist later this week to discuss other options. I doubt the tooth can be saved, in which case I will need a bridge which will cost about twice as much as a crown. Please, if you care about quality (non cosmetic) work for your teeth, and you want to be treated like a decent human being, do not go to this dentist.

Bad experience with Jody Jones. Jody Jones acted like he was too good to even talk to me the first time I went to his office. I wish I had not gone back.

Then he removed a bridge I had had for a very long time. He did not give me the option to save the bridge by shaving it down or working on it.

It was very very difficult for him to remove. He even joked about that.

My bridge with him fell out after 1 year taking a permanent tooth with it! His staff told me that he would not do anything for me as I had not been coming into their office for cleanings. I have since lost my job (twice) like so many and don't have insurance to get this big hole in my mouth fixed.

Who would want to go back?
