good food, good service.
We came here after the Tuesday night Opry performance. None of the other restaurants were open - but John A's had the lights on. We were kindly greeted and seated right away. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was breaded in a flavorful homemade batter and my friend had the barbecue ribs - which she found to be pretty good. They were meaty and not fatty and fell off the bone. We didn't order the appetizers; but the ones we saw being served to other tables looked pretty good. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good. We would recommend this to others looking for a late night bite to eat.
