Best Pizza in Greenhills!. Even though some of the other Roma's aren't that great, the Roma in Greenhills has the absolute best pizza. The wait is no more than 10minutes on a regular day and there is such a wide variety.

The employers are fun and friendly. They love doing business with their customers and when you leave you know your business was appreciated! I've never been there and had a bad pizza or bad service. There is a sit down area there too with free wifi for laptop usage.

The restaurant is in a hard to find area (behind a Starbucks) but it's worth it. There is also plenty of parking.

Roma has great deals going on ALL the time. There is a wide variety of foods to choose from. I personally love eating a meat packed pizza and some mild wings. They have salads and all kinds of pasta based dishes too. If you want great food for an affordable price, I highly recommend Roma Pizza & Pasta!

Most Addictive food in Nashville. I was even warned by the staff, and it's true. Not really sure about some of the other Roma's but the Greenhills store is the BEST. Food is delicious and hot, service is friendly and caring (they joke and smile and laugh), When they say 11 minutes it's 11 minutes or sooner.

Cons: Location is some ways a bit hard to find, but good parking. Other Roma's not offering half the service or quality of their store. While I was in the store customers from at least 3 other areas came in because they didn't "like" their Roma's.

I have learned if it's not the greenhills store I have called the wrong store.

Never dissapointed.... I have always received good food and great service. The pizza is always ready quickly, and the order is always right.

A very clean and tasty place. The pizza tasted really good, I order from there all the time. The restaurant is very clean, they even brought them on the news with a 94 Score which is great. It turned out that a new person bought it the year 2007 and it's a great place now. I order from there all the time and especially that it's really clean. I didn't have any problems with the customer service. The Spinach calzone taste so good, it's the best thing I liked.

Rude customer service. I add my vote to those who say Roma's has rude customer service. The food is not that great either.

Poor customer service, OK food. The food is good sometimes, but the customer service is very poor, very unprofessional, but that seems to be OK these days.
