Modern and Well Kept. I've been very happy with this gym since I joined it a few months ago. The building is very large and has a huge variety of machines to choose from. When I first started my membership the staff was very helpful (they showed me how to use the machines, helped focus in on certain muscle groups, ect.)

Now that I've been there for a few months I've come to appreciate some of the unique features they offer. Among my favorites is the cardio cinema, a room full of cardio machines in front of a big screen tv playing movies.

Combined with the clean facilities and the great atmosphere I would highly recommended this gym.

Despite its Hollywood connections, this franchise's focus is on pumping iron, not newfangled razzle-dazzle.. In Short
The Terminator and the Incredible Hulk (aka Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno) lifted weights at the gym's Venice, California, flagship years ago, but even today, customers frequenting charter locations are bound to encounter serious muscle. Take note: The boys with bulging biceps are the mascots, not the majority. Gold's generally offers Spinning, aerobics and kickboxing classes, yet weight-training remains the core of the program. Dumbbells and barbells, not spa-like amenities, are the attractions that draw the beef-heads in droves.
