I had a big drain problem with backing up. I was surprised I could get a tech out within hours of my call. He explained everything every step of the way and did a great job, even cleaned up. I appreciate the guarantee. Now that I know I can get help 7 days a week, I won't wait If I need help again.

The plumber was helpful and courteous. He expertly completed my main line routing and signed me up for the annual discount and reminder service. He also took a look at my leaky bathroom faucet and quickly fixed the problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in Columbia.

Dave (technician 861) the plumber from Columbia's Roto Rooter came out and saved us! He was knowledgeable, knew how to start and how to handle clogs and obstructions. He was extremely experienced, polite and worked through all the clogs - tree roots - until everything was movin' just fine. He invited us to join the yearly maintenance plan. We're seriously thinking of doing this - ab-so-lute-ly!
