Horrible customer service!

This company has the rudest employees I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. They refuse to make the slightest effort to make your vacation fun. Don't bother asking for a check in before 4 p.m. or ask for a reimbursement when they do not deliver a rental as promised. Save yourself a headache and look into the hundreds of other rental companies.
