After a total makeover of the interior of the restaurant and exterior of the road-side Vietnamese strip mall in which it’s located, it feels like a completely new--and decidedly less fussy--location. That’s not to say there’s much ambiance now ... just a basic one-room square lined with large round tables and booths ... but what the dining room lacks in coziness or panache, the kitchen makes up for in taste and value.
