Tips for Shima Garden Sushi & Japanese

Think twice.. My dad got the WORST food illness of his life here. Some of the sushi was questionably "waft" (warm and soft), and there didn't seem to be too many patrons in the restaurant - a sure sign that the kitchen is not turning fish as fast as it should, and things are just hanging around. The atmosphere IS very charming, however, but the prices are too high for "questionable" cuisine.
