WATCH THE TUNERS AND LOW CARS

I have a car that had the transmission go out on me going to Owensboro. I called Mattingly's and they came to take it to the shop. The truck couldnt go low enough to get under the body kit without scrapping it bad and maybe cracking parts (part my fault for the kit but other shops deal around it without damage). Now it's sitting there and I just wanted an estimate and what was wrong. No repair yet. They "cannot check it out because its a new car in the lot". Others come first to be REPAIRED but I just want it looked at. I called and told them about the underglow LED lights under the car and that they would break if not handled right, didnt seem to car anything about them. THEY WILL HAVE TROUBLE IF ANYTHING ON THE CAR IS DAMAGED ANYMORE THAN IT IS.

Good, Honest and Reliable

I have been taking my old car to Mattingly's for 3 years now. They have been honest and able to fix every problem I've had to keep my 15+ year old car on the road and running well. I trust them and they haven't let me down yet. I only wish that they were open on Saturdays.

Don't Take Your Car Here

First time they had my car for a week in a half and said they fixed it. I called everyday and they said it they were waiting for a part to come in each time I called, I know it doesn't take a week for it to come in. well, now my lights on my dash and the light where my heat/ac knobs don't work and they put in a new ignition switch and they messed up the wiring. Now I took it back to them bc they messed up the wiring bc another shop said it should still be under warrenty when I took my car there they said everything was wrong with but the ignition. They have now had my car for 7 days and said they have told me everyday that they are waiting for a part to come in. These people rip you off and tell you lies and keep you car and they don't fix it like they are supposed to. The auto shop screams scammers!!!!!!!!!

Retarded inbreads

This shop had my car for 9 months and could not find what was wrong with it, they charged me 900.00 dollars and returned it after they broke my stereo and alarm and side mirrors and there was a dent and it still was broken down they are thieves and losers, beware!
