Typical spa. I received a $200 giftcard for Valentine's Day. I usually go to another spa, that I absolutely LOVE, so I was a little apprehensive about trying a new place.

Overall experience: Had a bit of trouble scheduling the exact time I wanted, but was able to work out a decent time for my first-ever facial. The waiting area is a bit small, considering how busy and popular the place is. But the staff was friendly and I didn't wait very long.

Monique did my facial and she was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. She made sure I was very relaxed and explained everything she was doing.

Payment: Prices are on par with my usual spa. However, most places let you include the tip when paying with a giftcard and they don't. Make sure you have cash or a check on hand if you want to leave a tip!

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent care

Cons: located in a city, tough to completely relax with sirens in the background. Also, aromatherapy smells could be taken down a notch. I can usually handle them, but left there with a migraine.

A Place to Relax. My first visit to the Spa was for a message and honestly the massage was amazing, after that experience I have tried other services and I cannot complain about any of them. The girls are so friendly, the place is so beautiful and relaxing.

Nice place. I have been here many times before for other services, but never for my hair. The salon is clean and tidy, all the girls are nice. I had a haircut for the first time from Cindy, and my hair was blown out straight. She did a nice job on the cut, which is a big thing because my hair is kind of unruly. Kind of pricy though, $45 for a cut and blowdry

What a difference a "spa" day makes!. OK...I'll admit it...I am a spa virgin and i'm not afraid to admit it :0) I just spent my first time at Medaesthetic Day Spa and I'm in love! I also love my husband who bought me the 4 hour package, clearly there is no better way to say "I love you!" It was amazing, I had a "classic" facial, followed by a 1 hour body massage that puts my beloved's rub downs to shame (sorry Hunny!!) Then I was treated to a Not your Average lunch (yum!) and followed up with a manicure/pedicure combo that makes me want to flash the world my hands & feet. I'm so glad that Christmas is near...Think of me again, Hunny!
