TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am in the process of having replacement slider doors installed and unfortunately I did NOT choose to do business with this company, however, my Condo Board did. I am not disappointed, I am ANGRY! Chisholm and Sons are THE most unprofessional and unresponsive people I have ever done business with. They NEVER return phone calls or email messages however, they wasted no time in taking my deposit! I suspect they work on "their time" and not their clients time even though they have a secretary to do administrative tasks like keep customers informed of the job status. I live in DC, but the condo I own is in Cambridge. Their voice message says "your business is very important to us". Obviously no business is important enough to Chisholm and Sons that they would work professionally with their clients. Do not use this company, you will be wasting your time.
