Recommend, recommend, recommend!!! I went to Desi on recommendation of 2 brides that I know that she did the wedding flowers for and I honestly couldn't be happier with my decision. She delivered far more than she promised and I was absolutely over the moon with everything, from my stunning centerpieces down to each little boutineer she created for my ringbearers. I have been working with Desi for almost a year and she was so instrumental in keeping me on budget and in making sure I understood what all my options were. I'm attending another one of her weddings next weekend and I can't wait to see what she comes up with...I recommended her to the bride :-)

Oh please desi rebut I love seeing you make a total tool out of yourself. I'm thinking you didn't have any rebuttle. Please give it to me like you did in your email to me On Friday when I wrote my first review you swore and cussed at me and threatened me. oh please or do you not want people to see how you really are towards prospective customers .. You realize why I keep writing is because you act like a child and when a child does something inappropriate you have to reinforce what they have done wrong and I feel you think that your actions and the way you present yourself is rediculous so I am reinforcing. You try to put up this front that you are holier then god well your not there is a proper way of doing things and you seem to think you are above that. Well I am here to bring you down to earth to let you know that your attitude smells as bad as your behind I'm sure you don't smell like your "couture" flower shop on the corner. All i want is an apologie for getting your mom involved and having her call my family because you couldnt call me to solve the issue and making my family uncomfortable and now regretting ever suggesting you. It's sad that I have to do this out in the open but I think this is the only way you will ever realize what you actually behave like. You should read all the other tips on here they all pretty much say the same thing about you. You are difficult! They are called tips for a reason.

Desi recently did all the flowers and favors for my June 2012 wedding. Not to mention decorating the church and reception hall. Her attention to detail is superb! Everything was absolutely amazing!! WAY better than I could have ever imagined.

I felt compelled to write this especially after reading the most recent review. Yes, Desi is busy and you might have to wait for your scheduled appointment however that's only because she puts so much of herself into her work and her customers. AND let me assure you, IT SHOWS!! I can be a pretty tough customer and would never work with someone who I didn't feel was worth it and she totally was. Never once during the planning process was she rude to me or made me feel like she was doing me a favor. I felt like I hit the lottery when I got to work with Desi. My centerpieces, bouquets, favors and wedding decor have been raved about by the 200+ guests at our wedding and I love that!

Desi can be counted on to make everything perfect and you will not be disappointed with her work. Whether it's your wedding, christening, corporate event or another special occassion...she is simply the best!!

I cannot wait to work with her on future special events!

the worst customer service ever!. i was hesitant on going here - after hearing about how difficult the owner is - and definitely regret trying this place out.

the owner is rude and unprofessional. not only does she keep you waiting at scheduled appointments, she also complains when you ask questions and acts like she's doing you a favor if you do decide to use her services. she made a what should have been pleasant experience pure stressful hell and left me in a bind at the last minute.

Very happy bride. I got married on September 17th at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, and Desi provided all of the flowers for the bridal party and reception. I was absolutely thrilled with the work that Desi created for our wedding. It was such a wonderful feeling to enter the reception site and see the gorgeous centerpieces and to see my bridal bouquet for the first time. I told Desi what I had envisioned for the wedding flowers (tall vases filled with all white and cream flowers in a tight bouquet) and she outdid my expectations. The centerpieces were prettier and fuller than the examples I had cut out of magazines. People are still commenting to me about how beautiful the flowers were for my wedding. In addition to how pleased I was with the flowers themselves, all of the logistics were perfectly executed - on time and professional. I would highly recommend Desi as a florist for any occasion. Thank you, Desi!

My wedding flowers blew me away. Hey Everyone! Just a quick word on Desi!! My wedding was last weekend and Desi and Whispers of Spring did all of my wedding flowers! They were INCREDIBLE!!! Somehow she managed to give me everything I wanted and kept me on budget. My reception flowers were STUNNING and the centerpiece that my mom took home was still gorgeous for days after. So many compliments! Thank you Desi!!!!

Highly recommended for wedding flowers. I can not say enough good things about my experience using Desi for my wedding flowers. She so far surpassed my expectations, I just couldn't believe it!! The centerpieces were absolutely magnificent and guests couldn't stop talking about them! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody looking for a florist.

Admittingly Biased Review - Great Work!!. This review is to once and for all put a lot of things to rest!

I am biased in writing this review and felt compelled to sign on to this site and write this review.

Desi has done both of my children's christening's and god willing any in the future. I must also mention that she and her husband are the godparent's of our second child.

The work was great and more than what we could have imagined. She did a nautical theme for the first christening and brought flowers that you could have sworn were picked that day!!! Not to mention the favors are the best that can be purchased here in Massachusetts.

The second christening was again phenomenal and and flawless.

Desi is a hardworker who goes out of her way to please all customers - even if it means sacrificing her own time.

Desi can be described as artistically gifted and if it seems that she is flustered - its because she has many wonderful ideas trying to burst out.

I have referred friends countless times to Desi and the only reason they have not stayed with her is because she is already triple or quadruple booked for any given day.

I hope Desi takes comfort in knowing that she makes many people's day even more wonderful!

Let's Get This Right. My name is George Tiglianidis and I am the owner of Alpha Omega Entertainment. I have worked with Desi for years now, and have consistently seen her work at more than half of the events that I have DJ'ed. Honestly I might be the first person on scene to see how much work, care and love she put into each and every event that she does. She is always excited and takes pride in every thing she touches. We have used her on a personal level for all of our kids christenings, and wish we had used her for our wedding had we known about her back then.

When meeting with Desi, her thoughts may be scattered, but that is an artists mind. When you tell her about your event her mind is in creative mode and she is already imagining how to make your event unique and special. In the end, Desi gets the job done better than anyone else.

As a professional myself, I have learned that you cannot please everyone but our job is certainly to give 110% of ourselves and our talent for every client. I can honestly say that Desi gives that if not more. If a client is unhappy with her work, they should have enough respect for her as a professional and talk to her in person, not just post it here on this site. In regards to these previous posts, there is no way that Desi would ever tell someone to spend more, in fact she has always been fairly if not lower priced than others, because she tries her best to cater to anyone's budget.

I refer Desi to as many Clients as I can, not because she refers people to me, but because I hold her in the highest regard as a professional and know that I can trust her with my Clients just as they trust me.

People who have issues should just take it up with her or find another person to do their future events and stop the slander because these things are all untrue!!!!

Average Service. I recently had a christening that was done by Desi. I was nervous to use her because of what I has heard...and I truly regret it!!

First, I had an idea for the event and was told that she could not do that particular theme because she did not have the appropriate favors/decorations. Two months later I attended another christening and there was my idea displayed!!!

Second, I went in there with a budget and she said that I needed to spend more because she did not want people to think that she did "cheap" work - everything was average - nothing special!

Third, she asks that you go onto Facebook and give her a plug - kind of forcefully I might add!! Well, here is my review!!

Fourth, she and her husband were very unprofessional at the banquet hall when dropping off the arrangements - and not dressed appropriately as they were setting up and guests were arriving.

Fifth, Desi is nice to you in person, but then turns around and badmouths you to other clients - she was badmouthing clients to me personally.

Overall, not worth it - average job and not genuine people. If you do not want the added stress do not hire Desi. And yes, sometimes the work is done by others and not herself.
