Great Atmosphere

I read the review regarding someones bad experience with a facial from a girl named Natalie or Nadine. I am a dedicated employee from En Vogue salon now for 10 years, and there has never been a girl working there named Natalie, Nadine or Heidi. The comments made must be regarding another salon, as our staff is very highly trained and tentative to all of our clints needs for any service offered in this salon. Regarding the prices we are only slightly higher than average to the general Danvers, MA area. The quality of any service you may have here will be more than worth it and I am proud to be a part of En Vogue's staff.
- Pros: Friendly caring and skilled staff, Very customer service oriented
- Cons: One hour parking on street, so park in the salons lot on left side of the building

Too Aggressive Facial!

I had my facial done by a woman named "Natalie", her name may even be Nadine. I've never had a facial before but the experience just did'nt feel right. I had some acne on my face and some of the acne were'nt ready to be extracted. She painfully picked at the acne that were'nt ready to be extracted, in result I have scars on the areas that were'nt ready that she picked at. The spots are still red from my facial that was approx. 2 months ago, . I do now regret ever going this one time and am now left with the aftermath. She was aggressive!!
If you do decide to go, I recommend Heidi. She will be more considerate to your needs and make sure you have a good experience.

- Cons: One Pushy and aggressive staff: with product and care to the client, make sure they have your needs first
