Love It!

I love this restaurant. The food is fresh and perfectly prepared. The owner, Cal, if gracious as are all the waitstaff. Rest rooms clean, plenty of convenient, free parking. The Black Olive is a tucked-away gem in Tewksbury, MA. Favorite dish: lamb. Drinks are very good.

Like eating in the North End without having to hunt for a parking space!

My husband and I are Italian food lovers. For years we traveled into the North End for dinner on the weekend. One night a few years ago, we decided we would try the Black Olive in our hometown. We have not been back to the North End since. Their oil and bread is fabulous. We have never been unhappy with any of our dinners from veal parmesan, linguine and clams and lobster ravioli. They have a great assortment of martinis. Several friends and co-workers have tried the Black Olive on our recommendation and are now regulars. If you are looking for an intimate quiet setting for dinner, you will not be disappointed. They also take reservations on the weekends.
