Finally!!!

I have finally got what I Wanted not what the stylist wanted, great communication and consultation. I have been trying to get this haircut for years. I called and made my appt. no problem, got taken right away - no long wait and great parking ! Highly recommend it!

Wanted to check this place out bc they were near work.
I called them 4 times to set up the appointment but they never answer their phones!!!
So, I deciede to just stop by, Online it said open till 7 but they were closed, even though it was only 5.
A place with this bad of customer service isnt worth going to.

Exceptional experience at Swiss Experience!!!!

All I have to say is WOW!! Contrary to other reviews my experience is one that I will never forget. My total spa package was well worth the money. I was more relaxed than I have been in a long while. My hair was a mess going into the salon and I came out looking like a runway model! All my friends have been complimenting me on my new do! Lisa was my stylist and she is fabulous. Surprisingly enough, since my first visit, I have made a new friend. Take it from me a proud customer of Swiss Experience, make your own review it is well worth it!
