The Owner of Scissors Palace Stacey does a great job!

Stacey the owner of Scissors Palace does an excellent job at cutting hair, her prices are affordable in this poor economy. I have been a repeat customer for years. I have referred several friends to her Salon and they have all become repeat customers not only for her excellent hair cutting but her personal touch.
- Pros: The owner is always onsite
- Cons: Not visible to the street - rigth next to So Fro Fabrics
