Arrived at 6:50 pm to a lost reservation. seated at 7:20 and drinks ordered. 7:40 more water and iced tea ordered. 9:00; food ordered, 9:50 after the owner went three times to check, food comes. 5 kids not hungry any longer. whatever was not burnt, chicken/pizza, was cold-soup, pasta, veal. then, owner and manger states it was our fault for the bad service and then shifts blame to a waitress who finally rushed our food but was not even our waitress. I also loved the butternut squash ravioli and the Pazzo salad. The restaurant is beautiful and the outdoor patio was fun for drinks before and after dinner.…

I had a sicilian style lightly breaded ribeye steak that was very unique. My wife had the seabass in a light tomato sauce, also excellent. I can't wait to be in Springfield again so we can go back!…
