Poor Customer Service

No problem with the nail services, but when you make an appointment, they tend to work on 2 or 3 other customers at the same time instead of devoting time to just you. I've moved to Kim's on Hazard Ave.
- Pros: Price, knowledge
- Cons: not devoted to you as a customer
