Great service, I'd recommend this shop. This shop knows their stuff when it comes to computers. The techs here are friendly, explain things in non-tech terms and have either fixed all my computer problems or shown me what I need to purchase to work more productively on my machines. I've brought several computers here with satisfaction each time. My favorite tech is Wayne but the others are super too!

Laziest tech I've ever worked with. I recently took in my computer that needed a simple repair. I specified taking it in that I needed it back as soon as possible as I was leaving town in a week. I knew this was a somewhat short amount of time but I was told it could be done with no problem. Three weeks later, I am turning down freelance work because the computer has yet to be fixed. Upon several calls and relatives stopping in the shop, Doug finally just said he couldn't fix it and to take it elsewhere. He was very nasty and not understanding about the issues not having the computer back was causing me. I specified that if the amount of time was too short I would wait until I reached my new location to get someone to fix it. Now I have to drive back to pick up a still unfixed computer.

Best One has no grasp on good business ethics or service and cannot be reliable to finish their work. I will never go back and I would NEVER reccommend it to anyone.

The best computer tech I have seen in a long time. I took my computer in to Best One Computers with a bad harddrive and I knew it was bad. I had extremely important business documents on it and within 2 hours they managed to save all my data off the harddrive and replace the harddrive with a new one. I called multiple computer stores in marietta to see if someone was capable of saving the information from the drive and they all said "probably not". Nathan at Best One said "Yes I can" and he did. The other computer shops didnt even ask questions about the drive where as Nathan asked questions. I took it in and 2 hours later it was done. i dont know how he did it and dont want to know. I do know that this is the only tech i will entrust my important data to.
