Every week we dine....
My boyfriend and I dine here at least once a week, often times just ordering a large variety of sushi and eating to our hearts content. The sushi is the best in Bowling Green, mainly the only in BG, besides Shogun.
You will sometimes have to wait, but sit at a larger table if you are planning on sharing sushi, the plates are too much for a 2 top.
The last time we went one of the floor tables were free, and we ate shoe-less there. This place is our favorite in BG, and nothing else compares or fills our hunger for some good sushi.

Hello Joe.
Most people visiting this sushi bar after their first visit, all say hello Joe. Referring to the owner and main sushi chef. A quiet spoken, but very friendly man that makes sushi with the best of them. Always fresh and always delicious. The wait staff seems to change fairly often, tied mostly to the University's schedule, but is very professional and always friendly. There is a good chance that not only Joe but the staff will know you by name after only a few visits and will also know your preferrences.
I have tried "crunchy shrimp" rolls in a lot of sushi bars, none come close to Joes'
