Slab-o-Ribs. Took the spousal unit on an afternon date. We had the slab of ribs which were delicious!! Tender enough that you didn't need to cut them . . . falling off the bones (which the dogs liked later). The service was excellent. Drinks never ran out. Steak Fries were a bit spicy, but I traded them to the wife for some of her ribs. We both left full!!
