Sad to see a fun store suffer under a bad owner!!. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I can't even begin to describe how horrible of a person the owner, Vicky J. Gardner, is. Yes, the little short troll of a woman with a mullet. It's unreal how nasty she was to myself, my wife, & my three children in Feb'12. Our kids couldn't do anything right. Don't touch that, you're gonna put that back right, don't go in the kitchen, don't look in the daycare... REALLY!!! Don't look in the daycare!?!?! Then why do you have WINDOWS?!?!?! Then when my wife asked her about food she acted like a snotty know-it-all. I'm sorry my wife had questions. Doesn't your advertisement say "We are here for our customers"? How does she expect to stay in business when she treats people like this. And heaven forbid your cell phone rings in there. Apparently her store is a doctor's office. You better put that sucker on SILENT. Honestly we avoid going in there if we see her thru the window and know she is there. And we feel so sorry for those dogs in daycare. That's not a daycare. It's a prison. Why would a dog want to play on hard concrete with no windows, no natural sunlight, and no sounds & scents of the outdoors??? It's a concrete box covered in urine & piles of poo everytime we go in there. Does she ever clean it?! Peoria so needed a store like this but I'm afraid that with someone so rude as this owner it will not thrive to its fullest potential.

Great Place for Man or Beast. My wife and I frequently head into this place and have had great service. And our dog absolutely loves going there. (It might have something to do with the homemade treats that they are always popping into her mouth) We went in the store 10 minutes before closing with a question one time and all three clerks stopped closing up the store and helped us with our questions. We couldn't be more satisfied with this place!

Cute Store bad service. My mother and I went into My Dog's Bakery around Christmas for some puppy gifts. We were ignored and treated as if we were bothering the clerk. She was busy talking to a friend most of the time. I later learned that is was the owner who was treating us so rude. They have a good selection of toys and clothing that you can't find anywhere else. My dogs went crazy for the home made treats. It sounds like my mother and I are not the only ones she has been rude too. It's a shame that such a cute store is ran by someone who doesn't put the every customer first.
