Unfortunately, basement flooding seldom comes with advance warning. These types of unscrupulous firms will take advantage of you every time.

Don't use Multi Maintenance:

-broke the legs off our pool table

-cracked baseboards when removing carpet

-ripped a corner off carpet and tried to hide damage

-invoice came in at TWICE the estimate. Owner laughs and says that "insurance will cover it."

They deserve ZERO stars but CitySearch requires a rating???
