I have no idea what Michelle is talking about but through my expierence with the Arlington Heights LA TAN has been nothing but GREAT. Tuesday's i always tan and the place has been clean, customer service was fine, and they did have towels. Considering how packed it was in the salon the ladies were operating great and were very helpful. I've been going thier for 3years and haven't had any problems.

Worst, disgusting, horrible tanning place.

Honestly it is worth the extra 2 dollars or 10 minutes driving to stay as far away as possible from here and to tan somewhere better, which is probably anywhere. The little highschool girls that work there that think they are hot sh*t while are definitely not have the worst customer service skills i have ever seen. Sitting on personal calls while ignoring.. wait i mean being a total b*tch to you, while you wait, is one good example. They are rude to an extreme. If that wasn't bad enough, they don't clean their beds, they have NEVER had towels for the past 4 times i have been there. EVER. no towels! seriously! and then to top it all off, the last straw, today i was in room 14, and there were ants. hundreds of them. ants running around all over the floor. it was so disgusting. so i told the girl who worked there, you know you have ants all over, and of course, she ignored me. good service guys!
