Won't Honor Advertised Price

I ordered a PT102NM motor charged to my Visa from Marine Trading Post on June 19, 2009 that was advertised at $137.68 with free shipping. I was told they had 3 in stock and it would ship 6-19. I sent 3 emails asking for a UPS tracking number. No response. On 6-22 I called and they again said they would ship on 6-22. They had written my phone number wrong. I sent another email asking for a tracking number. No response. I called again on Wednesday 6-24. I called and they again said they would ship on 6-24. On 6-25 I called looking for a tracking number and was told that they were out of stock. They would not take a back order. Magically today, 6-26, the web site has changed the price to $210 and they have 3 in stock. They have wasted 1 week of my time and I will not have one for the upcoming Holiday weekend. This is incredibly deceitful advertising practice and gives honest merchants a bad name. If I lived in FL I would take them to court for false advertising on principle. Businesses like give the State of Florida a reputation harboring "a bunch of crooks".
