Somebody is fraudlent. Yes the food was good but they charged my card twice.

The original was $44.00 then someone sent another charge of $39.73 through to my bank.

Great Food. Smokin Jim's catered my son's graduation party and it was the best BBQ I have ever had. Whenever I'm in town I will stop by for sure!

BEST BBQ AROUND. smokin jim's is by far the best bbq ive ever tasted. from backyard to high dollar resteraunts, ive never had anything quite this good. i say go find out for yourself, you wont be disappointed

Not worth it at all. I had the shredded pork and it was all mushed together and way to sweet. My collard greens tasted like they came straight from the can. The coleslaw was way to sweet. My garlic bread was hard. My Pepsi was good and my waitress was nice. My 12 yr old son ate one bite of his leg quarter and said it was nasty and his green beans were flavorless. My husband said his sweet tea wasn't very sweet. The bathroom is outside in a seperate building, but I guess thats better than no bathroom at all. For 3 people, our bill was $45.00. Not worth it at all and I highly recomend trying another BBQ house. Their slogan "Best Butt in Town" is not true and just an eye catcher unless you like way to sweet and bland food. I will try Peebles BBQ next, since a doctor in a Tampa hospital recommended it.

There's none better...unless I smoke it :). I am a BBQ expert. Some even say a pitmaster and a grillmaster, lol. Smoking Jim's is a friendly restaurant that has great smoked BBQ. I've tried pretty much everything from their chicken to their brisket. Of course, the brisket is the best thing on the menu with the pulled pork a VERY close 2nd. Their beans are 2nd to no one's in Polk, nor is their tater salad. Another great thing is if you like tea, they will always ask you if you want that JUMBO tea to go. just like their tshirts say....it's The Best BUTT in Town.

The sauce is my favorite in Central Florida. I don't care for the sweet or the extra hot, but the normal sauce is JUST RIGHT. It is made with lots of granular pepper. I always get a bottle of it to go home.

For the family, they have poles in the restaurants where you can mark your child's height with a pencil or pen...and keep doing it everytime you visit. It's pretty cool to see some of the growth charts in there.

I've had Peebles, and have nothing bad to say about it. It is just as good, but I like Smokin Jim's sides better, and they have sweet tea....PLUS, Jim's is open more often ;-)
