Go anywhere else! – I made the mistake of going here for my son's first dental appointment. He is almost 2 years old and they had us wait for 45 minutes and the waiting room was empty. He was crying and I said I would have to reschedule, then they took us in. Also there was only one toy in the waiting room, and this is a pediatric dentist? When they took us back the hygienist said "he will cry and you will just have to hold him down." Great way to make an impression for a first visit, huh? They were very rude and I will gladly pay more and go anywhere else!
Poor customer service – This office used to be better but now it has changed for the worst with their new staff. They take forever to see you. I took my kids for their appointments and had to wait between 1.5 to 2 hours to see the doctor. They give you wrong information over the phone or in person and then put the blame on you. For profit organization,,,, that's very true here...big profit.
Very poor service - Rip off entirely – My daughter was told that she had 5 cavities and that the treatment was about $2000.00 and I had to pay about $700 copayments. Since I wasnt too convince with this I called the isnurance and they told me that the dental office had give men a bunch of procedures that were not standard, so I had taken my daughter for a second opinion. I was shocked with the new opinio. She only had one and that I only had to pay $77 dollars. My Daughter is healthy and would never ever take her back to that dental office that all they wanted was to get money...their assupmtion that you dont know..RIP OFF dont ever go there
poor customer service – If you make an appointment, realize that someone else has the same appointment time with the same dentist. so you may sit there and wait for half an hour before you ever see the dentist or even a hygienist for that matter. i had gone in to get a crown replaced, which was put in at that location. The previous dentist had left so a new one was doing it. I was there for two hours and all I got was an x ray. I finally had to leave to go pick my daughter up from school. I told them I was upset, and she said that she had never seen my mouth, so she couldn't do anything without an x ray, and could a wait a little longer? I had two crowns done there and both have broken. One was an implant. Horrible! And be careful when you make appointments. They mess them up in the computer. You think it is one day, but it is another so you go there for no reason.
Luckily, I have moved out of state, so I can get someone else to clean up their mess, and won't have to deal with them again. I agree with the previous writer that they don't talk to you, and will only do what they think the treatment plan should be. They want all the money that they can get.
Dental Health Group, INC Watch your wallet! – First visits they give you a "plan of treatment" and make it sound as if your dental health is in dyer need no matter what your past dentists have done or stated. Don't bother asking to speak with the dentist, they leave the room after 2-3 minutes of looking in your mouth. They and leave the assistants to explain everything. They will not do anything the customer wants until their plan of treatment is complete Also, be careful cause most of their plan of treatment is not covered by your dental provider. I should have learned after my wife's experience the same. She changed providers and had no major issues with her plan of treatment> Strange???
