Horrible, complete waste of money. If I could give this place a no-star rating I would. The dish my husband ordered was absolutely disgusting. It basically looked like hamburger patties that tasted like salsbury steak doused in this salty brown goo. We asked to return the dish, they obliged, however couldn't understand why we wanted my meal comped as well (seeing as how neither of us could enjoy our meals together, which is the whole point of going out to dinner). We basically paid $40 for two light beers and some dumplings that were way overcooked.

Avoid at all costs. I was heavily disappointed after reading some positive reviews about this place. Despite the advertising and attempts, this establishment is poorly run and very disappointing. The food was NOT worth the value since most of it is rice and wasabi sauce??!?!, the wait was unbelievable ON A SLOW WEEKDAY and I was insulted by the lack of professionalism of the chefs. My friend and I were ignored for a good portion of the meal by the staff and the chefs were not friendly.

I feel that if I was going to spend $50 for a meal for two, I would have been satisfied by the authentic Japanese food...but it was distinctively NOT Japanese and the rolls were made with cold hard rice. Since I didn't want a to-go box, my serve was smug with me.

I wouldn't go back here again.

Don't waste your time. The food at this place is not Japanese. There are no hibachi tables, just a single guy who cooks behind a window in the back, and unfortunately, the food cooked in the kitchen is bland and oily. The sushi is made by unexperienced young chefs. The sushi is not rolled properly and falls apart and the sashimi is cut uneven. What bothered me the most was that the sushi chefs talk about the customers after they leave. This place is so unprofessional, and definitely not worth your money.
