Worst Outback I've EVER been to!

by happy2goelsewhere at Citysearch

Horrible service, even worse management (JJ) and if you bother to call upper management with a problem they don't seem to care either. Too many good places around to waste good money and time there. We go to Longhorn they are much nicer and seem to appreciate their customers.

Best ceasar salad ever!

by cruelsummer28 at Citysearch

I love outback because evertime i go i always feel welcomed and the service is excellent. I also love the food they serve. i would highly reccommend the awesome blossom to start with and then for the main course, you can't go wrong with the wallhalla pasta. they sure do know their steak also, so if you're in the mood for some manly grub then this is the place for you. the ceaser salad is to die for and they also serve some heavenly desserts.

Outback =OutBAD

I new something was wrong when we went to dinner on a Friday night and the parking lot at this Outback Steakhouse was half empty. I had to return my 12oz. cut of Prime Rib because it had 6oz. of fat on it. It took so long for the waitress to come by and ask how things were that I had eaten half of my husband's dinner.

When I finally got another piece of meat it was not Prime Rib, it was not 12oz. , and it was covered with dark seasonings to disguise the fact that they had given me a steak instead of Prime Rib!! I know the difference but I was too aggravated to complain again. I also had ordered a $6.95 specialty Dirty Martini that did not come with a side of olive juice as stated on the menu. The waitress didn't seem to think that it was important , her reaction was that she would get it for me if I really wanted it. She thought that the bartender made my drink dirty already so why would I want more juice. I gave up and drank the lousy, expensive, drink. Just for the record my husband liked his meal, especially the garlic mashed potatoes which I told him I will cook for him at home because we are never going Back to this Outback .

Great food and good service. What I expect out of an Outback.

Like many other Outback's across the country this has their signature items and a nice new facility. If you have never been make sure you have the blooming onion. G'Day mate!
