What a complete rip off, they do not honor their own refund policies and are extremely rude. The manager is a loser who can do nothing more than scream like an irate baby on the phone when you call to ask a question. I have several friends I spoke to about this place and they indicated they no longer go to this place for the same reasons, and the salon is unprofessional, and they have been getting better services elsewhere. Avoid the hassle and find yourself a better, more professional place to go. This place is out of gas.

I have always enjoyed Divine Designs Salon & Spa since moving from the Tampa area to Lithia/ Brandon area. It is a true getaway where services are to perfection! I've had several spa services and have enjoyed each and every one of them. For a true experience, this is the place to be!

This is my second time going to Divine Designs. I absolutely had to write a review. I went with my aunt. I referred her. I had an appointment on Friday with Rike(Rick). He is wonderful. Excellent haircut & best shampoo ever.

I recently tried the new OPI Shellac manicure. It was fabulous. Looked great for more than two weeks. I can't wait to go back and see Brandy. Would highly recommend the Salon. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel right at home.

I went for the first time Yesterday..I met with Sofia for a Brazilian Wax. I ain't gonna Lie..it hurt like hell, but she made me feel so comfortable with the process and considering i am pregnant, she made sure I was Good. Sofia is amazing and so Sweet! I love the atmosphere and all of the ladies were extra Kind! Thanks so much and I will see you guys Next Month

I have been going to Divine Design for years and I would definitely recommend it. The staff is professional and courteous. You never have to wait very long for your service; I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for someone to cut your hair, ask for Mae!

I really enjoyed my morning at Divine Designs. I was lucky enough to have a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Everyone in the salon was very friendly. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends. I can't wait to go back and get pampered again.

Love the spa! I have never tried hair salon but the spa has always been a pleasurable experience. Maria is a great massage therapist. I think the ambience is great and the rain shower after the massage is so refreshing!!! It has never been dirty and nobody has ever pressured me to purchase anything extra.

My last experience at Divine Designs was like all the rest of my visits there in the past years, excellent. Marsha knows what I want and what looks best. Keep up the good work!
