Really good subs, thier way - not yours. The sandwiches at Firehouse are excellent. The meat is good, the veggies are fresh, and they're served on toasted bread with melted cheese. But DON'T try to special order a sub. They make them behind a tall counter so you can't watch. The reason is that they're completely ignoring your requests for no mayonaisse, or extra pickles. I've never once had a sub made the way I asked at Firehouse. If you like it exactly how it is on the menu.... then I definately recommend it. Plus, they carry about 50 different kinds of hot sauce to make your sandwixh extra firey.
