Worst Loan company ever!. I bought A 2000 mercury grand marquis from Herbie's which is owned by a man named Yoder,,, I wonder if the Y in YKS has anything to do with the easy finance of so many overpriced vehicles! It was the absolute worst thing I have ever done in my 48 years! they said they would help build my credit sold me this car for 3 times what the car was blue booked (which I did not know until after the fact) they had access to my checking account to pull the payment on time and they said it was always late! And one of their account managers threatened to send someone to my house to collect payment or else! so I started to deal with a lady named um lets just call her Jackie who was even worst! She even told me not to call her anymore or she would press harrassment against me! which I thought that was her job to deal with customers and resolve problems! well that was what I did as an account manager, and as an account maanger you learn to deal with people in a respectful manner. I never as an account manager been Rude rude rude! please do research before using this company and or Herbie's auto in Greeley! YOU KNOW THE STATEMENT BUYER BEWARE! It does apply to these 2 companies!!!…

Horrible Customer Service!!!!. My fiance and I purchased a vehicle from them in Feb of 08 (a very overpriced vehicle) might I add ...we have had nothing but trouble with our vehicle costing us hundreds of dollars in repairs and we havent even owned it for a year, I have talked to several different people regarding my concerns and I get nothing but a constant run around, and empty promises.....Go somewhere else that is the only advise I can give!…
