SJF - Good to work with

Great company to do business with. Their entire staff is very nice. I have called a few times and spoke wth many people there. Each one was helpful and knew how to answer the questions I had.

If I had one complaint, it would be that they sometimes don't have the rack sizes I'm looking for. There have been a few times where I called and they were out of stock on a particular (and very common) beam size. Though not a huge deal, it can sometimes be frustrating to call the "Nation's Largest" supplier and find they don't have what I need - but both times I was able to find a size that was close to what I needed - so no harm done.

All in all, I'd say these guys are among the best in the industry for pricing, availability and knowledge. Certainly better than the majority of the other ones I have called.

recommended resource for material handling products pricing

I have used this several times in the past. . I have found the SJF site one of the better resources for information and pricing on warehouse equipment and forklift lift equipment. The recent upgrades to the online shopping navigation is a big improvement to the site. In particular, SJF's rack & deck in the past was a bit cumbersome to navigate. The new changes make putting custom configurations together for pallet racks and cantilever racks much easier and take half the time.

I found the recent revisions have shortened the process considerably on getting prices when comparing items as well. '

. The addition of complete kits and add on sections is also a long overdue and welcome upgrade to the pallet racks category.

In all, while by no means perfect, the SJF online store changes have made the shopping and ordering much easier and faster to use.

Good Site - Great Company

I just received some used racking I ordered a week ago and it's in great condition. If you didn't look at the inside channels (there is a little rust inside) you wouldn't know it's used at all. Rick was able to help me decide exactly what to get and why. I will recommend these guys to anybody who asks.

Dependable supplier

I have done business with this company for several years. I would rate SJF's ability to provide products and services as being very good. My warehouse staff is impressed with the quality of their refurbished equipment. We worked with Craig and Kendal in sales and Matt in their engineering department. We found all be be attentive and responsive our needs whenever we call.

Bad Bad Bad! SJF=Sloppy Job Freaks

These guys were sooo bad! inadequate plans, install mistakes, missing parts, wrong parts, bad measurements, no follow up, and too many delays and sooo many excuses! NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!!!

Classic con: low bid to get in the door with hidden cost that kept increasing once the job finally started - Dennis Bartholow forgot too many requirements and extra charges kept coming and coming!

Buyer beware.
