BEST SEAFOOD IN TEXAS!!. I have eaten at Cancun Mexican and Seafood several times now and they have the best seafood in the area. We even stop here regularly now to eat when driving through Corpus (we live 4 hours away) because it has been so good every time! Last week we tried something new for us--the crab stuffed peppers and they are EXCELLENT! Very tasty and perfectly prepared! I have had the stuffed, fried eggplant twice now and it is DELICIOUS! Different and very tasty! A friend was with me last time who said they didn't like eggplant, but they tried this and liked it wel enough to order it themselves! Nuff said! :) Staff are always helpful and friendly. We've never had to wait and service is promptly provided. I highly recommend this restaurant!
