WORST place ever!

I booked my daughter's birthday party on Dec. 30th for Jan. 27th. I stopped by at 2:30 to confirm the arrangements and they had no idea we were coming that evening. They were unprepared when we arrived at 6pm. the party room was being set up while the children were there waiting. We only had one party hostess and were told we would have 2. My husband and I had to help serve the food and drinks. The manager Ben is the most incompetent and ignorant person on staff. This was an incredible waste of money, over priced, poor quality. HORRIBLE PLACE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!!
