Service from Associated Appliance has proved VERY POOR from this company for my 89 year old mother who just gets the run around on the repair of a Brand New Refrigerator she purchased from this company. We'll call you back never happens.

Associated Appliance is great, David Pia is an HONEST MAN. My dryer broke, it's 10 years old, not too old I thought, but I didn't want to pay a serviceman $100 to tell me to junk it. We had shopped at Associated before, they were nice enough and the prices and service were good, so I went back. Honestly, because money is tight, I already checked with Home Depot and Sears (another story).

The owner, David Pia, happened to be there. He helped me pick out the right product and the price was good. Then he asked what was wrong with my old dryer, I told him it was dead, just a light on.

He told me what to check, (door switch) and how to get at the part. We wrote up the sale anyway, and I told him I would check when I got home.

It was exactly what he said, piece to the door switch was broken. I was able to bypass it, and do laundry.

Associated Appliance and Mr. Pia may not have sold me a dryer this week, but the next time I will not even shop their price.

Imagine how honest.

I may go back and buy a bed from them very soon.
