Negative stars please. If only I could rate this business with a negative number of stars... I visited J Staples to possibly sell a piece of jewelry. The middle aged, dark haired gentleman (Dan) I spoke with was extremely rude, anxious, and clearly wasn't interested in the type of ring I was trying to sell. I was treated like I was trying to beat someone else's offer, which was not the case. This was the first place I went because of location and I had no idea what the ring was worth. A simple 'no thank you, but we can't buy your ring because it's worthless' would have been appropriate instead of making me feel like a loser. I will never return to this store to sell or purchase anything in the future.
