I always use Climb-Ax for tree service. Their last visit to my house was towards the end of September to clean up the storm debris was done at the end of the day. This time they removed a large oak tree in my back yard that my insurance company wanted me to have taken down. I had another company cable the tree a few years ago, but it was a waist of money to see those cables snap when the wind gusted and cracked the limb. I thought the job was going to cost me a small fortune, but there price was less than the other estimates. Not to mention, I couldn't verify tree removal insurance from some of the other companies. They have so many good reviews from my neighborhood friends. They do what they say they are going to do. They get in and get out. They clean up after themselves. There wasn't even a twig left in the area. They make tree work look beautifully orchestrated with perfect harmony. There is nothing bad that I can say about them. They deserve more stars, bravo Climb-Ax. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!****************************** You guys deserve a good reputation and I hope your company continues to grow and prosper. Highly Recommend!. We needed to have 4 trees removed; 2 in our front yard and 2 in our back. We got quotes from a couple of companies but ultimately settled on Climb Ax because they promised to haul away the debris. We were originally a little unsettled because they wouldn't commit to a day, but in all fairness it has been rainy and unpredictable. When they finally came out, they came out "guns a blazing"! Our street was lined with at least 6 utility vehicles and a full crew that was ready to work. We knew they could take a tree down because that's what they are in business to do. What we found so impressive was the care they took in cleaning up our lawn afterwards. Outside of where the actual stump grindings were, there was not a leaf or branch left behind. They cleaned up as they went a long and did a fantastic job! The crew was friendly, fast, and most importantly careful. We would definitely use them again. Great job!

Horrible on responses.. Appears the number is listed on their website that mentions to call anytime. The number listed appears to go directly to a cell phone. First time I was called they appeared professional. Next time I called they appeared clueless and I've called back few times without any responses. The client didn't even do a follow up on interested services we were wanting. So ended up with another company instead. Lost our service on one bid and few others.

WORST TREE COMPANY THERE IS!!!. FIRST DAY ON THE JOB THET CRACKED MY DRIVEWAY, TORE UP MY YARD AND TO TOP IT OFF WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. A TWO DAY JOB TOOK THREE WEEKS. AND THEY SAID THEY MIS QUOTED ME AND CHARGE ME ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE. i HAVE CHECKED AND THEY HAVE MANY LAW SUITS GOING ON WITH THEM. DO NOT USE YOU WILL BECOME A VICTIM.

Great business!!!. I would recommened them to everyone. They do such great work and the are very in expensive. They work in a timely manner and they work very hard. I would never use anyone else I would always use climbax. Check them out on the website they are great guys

Best in the Business!!!. I am so glad that I chose Climb-ax to take my tree down. They had to do a crane to crane transfer over the top of my house. That was a site to see. They were very careful in what they did that day and they didn't even drop or hit my house. Theses guys really know what they are doing. I would call them back again. CALL CLIMB-AX for your next tree services.

Outstanding!!!. The guys at Climb-ax are very timely and affordable. They show a lot of effort in their work and they are very resonable in the prices. Mostly they are a family that works well together and they all are very respectful. They know what they are doing and they are very tidy. They clean up their mess and by the time they are done the yard looks better than it did before they came. I would not choose anyone else to do bussiness with.

Very responsable!!!. I am very thankful to the guys at Climb-ax. They are very responsable and they are very reliable. They came to my house to cut down a oak tree and they did it fast and they charged me a reasonable price for it. Climbax had the lowest price out of all the companies that I called. My yard was clean before and after they were there, they made sure that everything was cleaned up when they left. I would call them again or tell anyone whos asks that they are the best. I would highly recommened them to everyone.

The Best Tree and Crane service in Louisville KY!!!. Very Greatful!!!

I have watched them take many trees down and it is amazing how they do it. I think that CLIMB-AX is one of the best Tree and Crane services out there. I have never seen a company work together like they do. They have great communication with the customers and their workers. I would recommened them to any one that wants to get the job done right. Yes, they are a family bussiness, but they work so hard at what they do and they love to do it. I am so glad that I have seen them do some great work. The prices are very reasonable, and they are very respectful.

So disappointed!. First they told us they would be here on a Friday by noon and be done by the end of the day, they showed up at 4:00. They safely laid the large tree down. They left saying it was late and would return Saturday to clean it up.

7 days later the tree was still in my yard! (1 day it rained) After numerous promises to be out the next day they finally showed up at 5:30 pm Thursday.

They left what the neighbor wanted for firewood in his woods but also threw all scraps, leaves, and limbs in woods. It is a mess back there. We will now have to spend a days work cleaning that up (or more)! The grass iin my yard is dead and all tore up. We will now have to plant grass in the fall.

Will not be using them again- nor would I recommend them.
