As the largest garden center in the area, Wallitsch's boasts 27 greenhouses situated over 10 acres. But you have to be that big to grow your own plants. Every annual and perennial on sale comes straight from the gardens. On-hand designers will help you plan your garden and even come and plant your trees for you.
The Goods

Dahlias are the specialty, but Wallitsch's stays on top of the competition with perennials, bedding plants and other annuals as well. Often you'll find the latest trendy flower or unusual ground cover lurking in the greenhouse potting beds. Garden statuary and fountains are U.S.-made, unique designs. You may pay a little extra, but the quality is worth the price.
