User review by buckyball. Love that they offer both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. The sushi is excellent! Best seat in the house is the window seat, yet all the others are great.

Some of Louisville's best sushi, Chinese and Vietnamese food, all rolled up in one convenient location..
The Scene
Cafe Mimosa has a comfortable atmosphere that makes a diverse range of patrons feel welcome. The friendly, attentive staff and a lovely view of Bardstown Road help you ignore the rose pink walls and Asian elevator music that surround you.
The Food
The extensive menu provides the opportunity to sample a variety of Asian dishes that are well prepared, beautifully served and fantastically tasty. Several vegetarian options and a wide selection of meat and seafood dishes guarantee that there is something for everyone.
Dish to Die For
The lemongrass combo with shrimp and chicken on rice noodles is spectacular.

Me Soooo Hungry!!!!.
Cafe Mimosa has the best in asian food... they are very classy and their egg rolls can not be duplicated. The atmosphere is trendy yet tradtional.
I would highly reccomend this place... if you want to try something different try the lettuce rolls.
Make sure you get some of the vietnamese chicken soup that explodes with flavor too!
