Stellar international cuisine with a Southern emphasis tempts patrons to pass the bar at this elegant eatery.. The Scene
There's a strikingly handsome bar at the front entrance of the Jupiter Grill. You'll be tempted to stop here, but go on into the dining room, which boasts dark wood and high-backed, spacious booths. Frank Sinatra is usually crooning on the stereo, though he may be drowned out by occasional noise from the kitchen.

The Food
Appetizers include Southern favorites like fried green tomatoes. The eclectic menu features innovative entrees: vegetable napoleon, grilled tenderloin with port wine reduction, grilled trout or mixed seafood in a curry cream sauce. There's a good wine list, and the bartender in the aforementioned cozy front room mixes a mean Manhattan.

The crab cakes are exceptional.
