Who in the world would shop on New Year's day?????? Isn't that considered to be holiday? No telling who you talked with that told you he'd talk with the owner. I think it's highly unfair to give such a review. Try shopping there on a work day. Duh.

They don't need your business. I went on New Years Eve day around 3:00. All the lights were on in the store and their were no specified hours of operation for the day, but the door was locked. A guy who was outside smoking said he would go get the owner and tell him that I wanted to buy a vacuum. I waited for around 10 mins in the freezing cold, only to see one of the employees try to sneak across the store and turn the lights off without me seeing him. SHADY! I ended up going to a vacuum store on Shelbyville Rd, in St. Matthews and they were great!

It would have been fine if they had just come to the door and told me they were closed for the rest of the day...but they didn't.
